How to disable “ Turn Off Computer” button in windows XP
Hi friends, If you want to restrict others to turn off your computer then this trick is most useful to you. Lets know how …
  • First access your computer through  Administrative account.
  • Go to the registry editor putting “ regedit ” on Run option and press Enter.
  • Now go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer   
  • In the right side, right click on  the white space to create a new DWORD with name NoClose.
  • Now put “ 1” in the value data box.
  • Close the registry editor.
  • Restart your computer and observe the effect  you done.
  • To enable “ Turn Off Computer” button of start menu. Just change the value from 1 to 0 or you can delete NoClose DWORD.
