- Go to the registry editor putting “ regedit ” on Run option and press Enter.
- Now go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer ”
- In the right side, right click on the white space to create a new DWORD with name NoClose.
- Now put “ 1” in the value data box.
- Close the registry editor.
- Restart your computer and observe the effect you done.
- To enable “ Turn Off Computer” button of start menu. Just change the value from 1 to 0 or you can delete NoClose DWORD.
